Health Connect

A briefing for practice groups.

For a manager or director running several sites, and the people who will ask what happens at onboarding and who holds the data.

Where enquiries are lost today.

  • Calls come in during clinic hours and go unanswered while staff are with patients.
  • Enquiries arrive by phone, email, web form and message, with no shared inbox holding them in one place.
  • No single view across locations, so each site knows only its own workload.
  • No reliable way to say which location, listing or campaign produced a new patient.

What Health Connect is.

More than visibility. A complete growth ecosystem for healthcare professionals.

Two connected parts. A public directory where patients search for care near them, with a structured profile for each practice. And a practice membership that gives the group control of those profiles and the tools for handling what comes back from them. The directory brings the enquiry; the membership is where the enquiry is worked.

What the membership covers.

Items marked Planned are in development and are not part of what a practice receives on joining today. Only items marked Included are available now.

How onboarding works.

Each location moves through the same sequence. A profile may already exist from public business information; the group claims it, verifies ownership and confirms the details.

  1. 1Unclaimed
  2. 2Claim submitted
  3. 3Ownership verified
  4. 4Professional information pending
  5. 5Information confirmed

Verification and payment are separate. Paying for a membership does not create verified status.

What we are asking for.

Claim the group's locations, confirm the details on each profile, and join as a founding member while places remain.

Membership is $79 CAD / month. The first 50 members hold a founding rate of $49 CAD per month for as long as the membership continues. Billing is handled by invoice during onboarding.
